Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we offer exchanges only, under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy: We do not accept returns. However, you may exchange your item within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in excellent condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or item of equal value.

How to Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please email our Customer Services department at kdollsbiz@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your exchange. We will provide you with return instructions and help process your exchange.

Exchange Conditions:

o We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been used or are not in resalable condition.

o Postage/delivery charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

o We recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending back your exchange, as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of exchanged goods.
